Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed, in line with UK distance-selling regulations. This applies to all prints and apparel, including made-to-order items.

To cancel, email hello@thisplaceisstrange.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Once we receive it, you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty? Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you - your choice. No need to return a damaged print.

Framed prints are fragile in transit. Please keep the original packaging until you're sure the piece arrived perfectly.
